- Client Data: You may input information about your clients (names, contact details, appointment history) into the Service. You act as the controller of this data, and we act as the processor.
- Service Details: Information about your services, pricing, and duration.
1.2 Information from Third Parties (Google Integration)
If you elect to connect your Google account with the Service, we will access, process, and store your Google user data as follows:
- Google Contacts Integration:
- Search & Import: We utilize the Google People API to enable you to search for and select contacts from your Google account.
- Storage of Imported Data: For contacts you explicitly choose to import, we save the following data to our servers: Name, Phone Numbers, and Email Addresses. This allows us to create and manage client profiles within the Service.
- Export: Contacts you select or manage within the Service are exported to your Google Contacts via the Google API upon your instruction.
- Google Calendar Integration:
- Import to Service: The Service imports your Google Calendars and their events to our servers to determine availability and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Export to Google Calendar: The Service creates a new dedicated calendar named "Memberro" in your Google Calendar account. All appointments (Appointments) created within the Service are exported to this specific calendar.
Google User Data Policy: Memberro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: To provide the Service to you according to our Terms of Use.
- Consent: When you give us explicit permission (e.g., specific marketing communications).
- Legitimate Interests: For improving our services, security, and fraud prevention, unless overridden by your rights.

- With Your Clients: Your booking website displays your availability and service details to potential clients.
